It is our mission to provide you with affordable, high-quality treatment that fits your budget! We offer a variety of payment options and accept most insurances including AHCCCS for pediatric care. If you have any questions about financing or payment, ask us! Our treatment coordinators will thoroughly explain your choices and work hard to accommodate your needs.
Normal processes for renewing your Medicaid will start soon. We want all eligible Arizonans to stay covered.

Take action quickly when you get a notice from AHCCCS (Medicaid) or your health care plan. Check your mailbox, and respond with the requested information to confirm you are eligible. Use your coverage to catch up on preventive or delayed care.
Help us spread the word to family, friends, neighbors, and anyone else who might be enrolled in Medicaid to keep everyone who is eligible covered!
If you become ineligible for Medicaid, visit www.HealthCare.gov to find other coverage options available from the Marketplace.

Our treatment coordinators walk you through your insurance and payment options and answer questions every step of the way. Your personal treatment coordinator will be available to guide you throughout the treatment process and review your insurance benefits, costs and payment options. We accept most insurances and we file all claims with your insurance company on your behalf. We even offer flexible payment plans and financing.
If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance. Insurance policies vary, so we will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action. Once treatment has started, we will file your claims.

Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.
Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
